Ms Pettermann is open and honest and tells you that divorce is not fair and that each party will have to make some kind of concession and work together so that the divorce can be finalized in a timely manner. She is alway calm, cool, and collective that helps my nerves and psyche! Mine has been a d...ifficult divorce since I am in a highly contested divorce with a controlling husband. I am hopeful and have faith that all will turn out perfectly. Thank you to Ms Pettermann, Ms Angela, and Ms Angie! All amazing ladies who work their tales off for their clients. Each month I get a very detailed invoice of all the work that they do, so I feel confident that I am getting what I paid for! She is amazing! I’m a high maintenance client just because I send lots of emails to try and keep them in the loop of the divorce situation. I will get a revised MSA tomorrow, which she and I talked what terms to put in, tomorrow and I think this will be the final MSA so that my husband and I can settle and go on with life and enjoy life again! Tonya and her staff, as she has three other times, represented my case to the best of their abilities, and it yielded the best option for my child. Tonya is upfront and squared away, and if you are honest with her about your case, she is straight-forward with you as to the outcomes. The "most expen...sive friend" I'll ever have, she's become a sounding board as we fought through a myriad of custody issues. I highly recommend her, and have to several people.

This was a difficult child custody case in many ways. Tonya was honest and about right on par with her estimate of probability of success. She absorbed the information that I provided her with great recall and memory. Efficient and honest feedback about the case and circumstances. On the negative sid...e, the billings were high and there was no hesitation to charge for every action, including some that could have been because of staff delays/misinterpretations or confusion. Although I was unhappy with the overall cost (knit-picky billings) she provided good services, always acted professionally, and I would definitely consider her again if needed (...but hoping that's not happening again!)

I have to agree with the other one star reviews. Not organized, charges were bogus and when I'd get a call or email for something already submitted, they'd add a charge for that too. Waste of time and a LOT of money. She was 45 min late to our meeting with his lawyer too, and yet I still paid for the... whole thing. In court sounded great, then I thought about it later- she didn't get me anything out of it. I changed lawyers and was so much happier. Wish I would have done that $30,000 prior! Her legal assistants are horribly rude and she has gone through so many, yet she allows them to all be rude to her clients.
