Tonya is the best lawyer in the area, hands down. After my divorce, my ex would constantly try to modify our current order. It feels like I'm served every year. Tonya has a quick response time, she listens and she knows the law well. She's not going to sugarcoat things, she does her job and she does ...it well. Tonya is always professional , don't think twice about hiring her, just do it! I moved out of state and recently had to contact Tonya, she went above and beyond to help me and she didn't have to. I do not think I could ever thank Mrs. Petermann enough for all she did for me representing me in my emotional divorce. I read some reviews online and spoke to a few people who went through this process and the ones who had her as their attorney highly recommended her and those who didn't, wished the...y had! Mrs. Petermann was honest and upfront with how things could go based on the laws here. I'll admit I had to ask a few things twice as the process went on because it is like information overload from the start. She explained that a divorce can take up to at least a year and she was right on the money. A few hiccups came up along the way but Mrs. Petermann and Angela handled them beautifully on my behalf and did their best to keep my legal costs to a minimum. I found her to be very understanding during one of the most difficult times in my life. Personally, I found Ms. Petermann and her Staff (especially her... paralegal Angela) exceptionally knowledgeable representing me during two divorces (included preparation of a prenuptial agreement that saved me substantial assets and going to court during the 2nd divorce). In both cases she and her staff provided very professional and frank legal advice to address my every concern. Questions (via email and/or phone calls) were always answered promptly (usually that day or within in a day or two).
