I switched to Tonya in the middle of my child custody case. It was the best decision I made. I left a well known and highly recommended attourney because I needed the comfort of knowing someone had my back. Her confidence and honesty is exactly what I needed so I could focus on my children and oth...er aspects of my life. The fear and stress over the future of my children's lives was unbearable. The moment I signed the papers a huge weight was lifted off of me. Straight to the point and given the absolute truth even though it's not what I wanted to hear. I highly recommend her. She's down to earth and will not be pushed around or intimidated. I am a strong woman but the stress had me feeling vulnerable and scared. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. It was a relief to be able to step back and send Tonya in on my behalf. I plan on retaining her every time I need help.

This was a difficult child custody case in many ways. Tonya was honest and about right on par with her estimate of probability of success. She absorbed the information that I provided her with great recall and memory. Efficient and honest feedback about the case and circumstances. On the negative sid...e, the billings were high and there was no hesitation to charge for every action, including some that could have been because of staff delays/misinterpretations or confusion. Although I was unhappy with the overall cost (knit-picky billings) she provided good services, always acted professionally, and I would definitely consider her again if needed (...but hoping that's not happening again!)

Tonya C Peterman and her assistant Angela basically SAVED MY SANITY! I was going back and forth with my ex husband regarding a custody issue - Ms. Petermans office stepped in - and handled everything in a very professional, courteous manner. My case seemed to go on forever with constant changes bei...ng requested from the other side - through it all they were very patient, kept me informed - and the end result being my daughter is now home with me for good!! I can not say enough good things about this office - I would not go to anyone else for Family Law matters.
