I highly recommend Mr. Tim Shaw to represent anyone in any situation. I have been able to move forward with my children as he had significant experience and patience in family law and is well respected with Judges, Prosecutors and peers. He is well supported with a solid paralegal staff and will also include additional attorneys from the firm if the need arises. His billing practices are fair and he and his staff is/are responsive by phone or email. In my opinion he is a very knowledgeable and experience attorney and I would recommend him to my family and friends in the future.

Timothy took my case over a year and a half ago. He has been anything but responsive or caring about my case. I was always the one having to track him down and even then never got to speak with him, I know his secretary very well and she's not the sharpest tool in the shed either. I once visited him ...at his office and when I walked into his office we were supposed to go over my case right before we went to court, I looked over at his computer screen and he was playing solitaire, he was not one bit prepared to see me and I had to drive from south Florida to see him.
