Timothy took my case over a year and a half ago. He has been anything but responsive or caring about my case. I was always the one having to track him down and even then never got to speak with him, I know his secretary very well and she's not the sharpest tool in the shed either. I once visited him ...at his office and when I walked into his office we were supposed to go over my case right before we went to court, I looked over at his computer screen and he was playing solitaire, he was not one bit prepared to see me and I had to drive from south Florida to see him.
