I highly recommend Kelly Simon, an associate attorney with the law firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. While driving on Scenic Highway I was rear ended and given a traffic citation for driving with a license that had been expired more than 6 months. The citation was marked criminal violation, court app...earance required. I later learned the violation was a Second Degree Misdemeanor that could result in a fine, criminal record and jail time. To my knowledge, I had no legal defense and became very anxious about the possibility of a criminal record and jail sentence. A few days before my arraignment hearing, I met with and hired Attorney Wentz. Attorney’s Aaron B. Wentz and Kelly A.
