I highly recommend Kelly Simon, an associate attorney with the law firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. While driving on Scenic Highway I was rear ended and given a traffic citation for driving with a license that had been expired more than 6 months. The citation was marked criminal violation, court app...earance required. I later learned the violation was a Second Degree Misdemeanor that could result in a fine, criminal record and jail time. To my knowledge, I had no legal defense and became very anxious about the possibility of a criminal record and jail sentence. A few days before my arraignment hearing, I met with and hired Attorney Wentz. Attorney’s Aaron B. Wentz and Kelly A. Simon prevented my court appearance and provided legal representation resulting in an outcome well above my expectations. Ms. Simon kept me updated on the case but did not involve me unless absolutely necessary. She consulted with the prosecutor and arranged for me to enter the Pretrial Diversion Program. MY CASE WAS CLOSED!!!
