I had my first consultation with Kelly Simon in December 2024, and she took the time to clearly explain how the divorce process works. By January 2025, I decided to move forward and hired Wentz & Simon to represent me. After filing, my ex was served in February, and thanks to Aaron Wentz’s guidance, we were able to establish a temporary agreement for 50/50 custody of my daughter starting in March. The divorce process overall took a little over six months, mostly due to the court and mediation backlog. My divorce was finalized in August 2025, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Divorce is never easy, and it’s certainly not cheap, but I am convinced that choosing this firm was worth every penny. I truly believe I would not have achieved the same results had I gone with a cheaper route. Office of Aaron Wentz was very professional, his Paralegal (Ms. Sharp) was extremely helpful and quick to respond. It took about 7 months to get divorced, but that was part of my doing, trying to salvage a relationship, that ended up not being able to do so. however, once I made that decision, I was ...divorced within a few months, and sent to Judge within a few days the judge had signed.
