I had my first consultation with Kelly Simon in December 2024, and she took the time to clearly explain how the divorce process works. By January 2025, I decided to move forward and hired Wentz & Simon to represent me. After filing, my ex was served in February, and thanks to Aaron Wentz’s guidance, we were able to establish a temporary agreement for 50/50 custody of my daughter starting in March. The divorce process overall took a little over six months, mostly due to the court and mediation backlog. My divorce was finalized in August 2025, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Divorce is never easy, and it’s certainly not cheap, but I am convinced that choosing this firm was worth every penny. No one wants to go through a divorce but if it is your only option then I highly recommend Aaron Wentz and Kelly Simon to represent you. I mainly worked with Mrs. Simon and her paralegal Mrs. Rodriguez. They both were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They always answered my frantic “what in th...e world does this mean?” emails or calls. They were also very straight forward about what to expect during the whole process and always helped me through the emotional times. During mediation, Mrs. Simon went above and beyond and worked exceptionally hard which helped us agree on me having primary custody, which was my number one goal during the whole divorce. Everyone in their office is helpful and very knowledgeable. They were great!!!

Mr. Wentz was very knowledgeable of his field. During the mediation process, he brought up many issues that I would not have considered on my own such as if myself or one of my children should become permanently injured in the future. He was very patient with me because I really did not want to go ...through the divorce process. He made sure to keep me posted about the status of the process, and when it was finally determined that there were no other options, he was kind and compassionate with my situation.
