First, he got my charges dropped. I liked Mr. Burns as a person. He was a cool guy, really nice and so was the paralegal we mostly dealt with, Holly. I have never hired a lawyer before so I didn't know what to expect. I felt like there definitely could have been improved communication. I always ...felt a little bit out of the loop, but like I said, I've never had a lawyer before so I don't know if that's normal.

I was Arrested for Driving while license was suspended. The Judge when I went for my 1st appearance made a comment of 30 days in jail. If I would have been sentenced that day I would have lost my Job. I called around and through word of mouth I Hired Mr. Burns, He was able to get my charges reduced t...o a ticket. And no Probation or Jail time. I would Highly recommend Mr. Burns and his staff. They were extremely helpful through this process. Thank You Mr. Burns.

Civil case...he did not inform me of my options. We just walked up the court steps and I asked a question, and he said, " I'm the attorney. I THINK I know what I'm doing, not you." Made an agreement with the other party who did not follow through with his part, and 7 years later I have the same pro...blem I hired him for in the first place.
