I hired Mr. Burns for my divorce. He is a knowledgeable man and is the "stern and assertive" attorney you would need. I was out of state trying to call local attorneys. Mr. Burns is the only one that returned my call and actually conducted a phone consult giving advice right away. He made my ex's att...orney look like a fool in court. I feel he genuinely cared for my well being and fought hard for me from the beginning, to hearings and through mediation.

I consulted Mr. Burns on my divorce case and he advised and represented me. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advise and saved me a bundle in resolving property and alimony issues. He was available when I needed guidance and advice and returned phone calls the same day, even after hours an...d on weekends. He is down to earth and explains things so the average guy can understand complicated legal matters. His staff are friendly and most helpful. He goes the extra mile and I recommend him highly. I see a couple of bad reviews and all I can say is that they appear to be unhappy loosers (and criminals) who shouldn't have done the crime if they couldn't do the time! Mr. Burns is an honest, stand up guy who tells it like it is and doesn't sugarcoat it. I like him and have the utmost respect for him and his dedication to his clients - at least that was my experience. He will treat you right and do a good job for you. At least he did for me which is all I can go on. Keep up the good work!
