Misty Dossett

Mrs. Dossett is a great attorney, I am so grateful for her and her legal staff. Mrs. Dossett met with me in our initial conference I knew that she had the dedication to provide superior legal representation. I have never seen any attorney take as detailed notes, she never missed any information as... I spoke. She made sure to ask detailed questions concerning the modification case and background history. Mrs. Dossett's paralegal Michelle Curott set up communication through the law firms portal. Michelle kept open communication with me through the portal consistently , I was kept informed of all events and documents as they were needed. The honesty and integrity that Mrs. Dossett and her staff have sets the bar so high. This Law Firm was extremally modest in the case cost and worked with me every step of the way thru out the course of the case. I was blessed by having Mrs. Dossett and Michell work so hard for me, gave me the feeling I was more than just a client. I highly recommend that anyone see Mrs. Dossett for family law cases, she will give you straight honest answers.

I have gone back and forth for months about whether to do this review. I consider myself a loyal person and I really like Ms. Priest as a person, I just don't think she is a competent attorney. She cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and got me zero results. She always had a great plan or a gr...eat excuse for why things turned out why they did, but she never followed through on anything. Seemed intimidated in the court room.

Firstly, I was a client of Misty Priests firm. I hired her for a contempt of court motion filed against me (civil). Let me start by stating that I fore warned her about the tactics used by the opposing attorney. It came down to A) I was not held in contempt. B) The amount I was ordered to pay was $80...00, that was supposed to cover 5 months of back pay. C) The opposing attorney wrote the motion so that the $8000 only covered me for 4 months. D) Misty Priest signed off on this paper without consenting with me (her client first) and secondly, wanted to charge me MORE money to fix HER mistake. I have paid through the (horrible) services that I was rendered up to the point where the Judge signed the paperwork. This was the point where she decided to show me the actual paperwork and I pointed out her error. She has since tried charging me an additional $1000 to fix HER MISTAKE! Bring your money elsewhere if you're dealing with family law.
