My number one goal as an attorney is to provide my clients with fair, honest and aggressive representation. My clients will never say that i do not communicate with them or keep them updated as to the status of their case.

I am a longtime resident of Central Florida whose lifelong goal has always been to be represent the   people of his community.  I attended the University of Central Florida where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. I then attended law school at the Fredric G. Levin School of Law at the University of Florida in Gainesville. During law school, Brandon  I earned high honors, cum laude honors and magna cum laude honors.

After graduating from law school, I returned home to Central Florida and took a job working for   a small law firm owned by a future Seminole County judge.  By working for a small law firm, I had the unique opportunity to represent clients in a vast number of different legal issues. A great deal of my practice focused on family law and representing clients in divorce and family law actions. This sort of practice lent itself to an extensive amount of time in the courtroom.

Following several years working for the judge, I worked for one of Orlando’s largest law firms where I served as the Director of the Family Law Department. I was responsible for managing a staff of more than 15 attorneys, paralegals and other staff members.

I was so impressed
Mr Tyson was quite simply everything I could have hoped for as a lawyer. He truly cared about my case and obtaining a fair outcome. He fought for me with a great deal of care to detail. On my court day he was very ill with the flu but he still showed up , he told me that he has never let a client Down and didn't plan on starting with me just because he was sick - now that's impressive !

Assistance during Family Law Case
Although Linda Schoonover was my main attorney, Brandon assisted her by reviewing settlement documents. Brandon is young and bright. He always had excellent input into the case and helped on his own on a few occassions when Linda was tied up with another case. It was nice to have his help with the case. I always feel that a few opinions and perspectives are important when reviewing settlement documents, and Brandon did an excellent job.

"Brandon is one of the most knowledgeable and aggressive family lawyers in Florida. I not only have sent him clients in the past, I have hired him personally to be my co-counsel in a particularly sticky case where the Mother was denied her child for 13 months after a Judge took the child away in a hearing where she didn't have an attorney. Brandon was so effective at the hearing that the other side settled in the middle of the hearing, the child was returned to Mother that day and the other lawyer invited Brandon out for beers. I would trust this man with my children, and so of course, you should trust him with your family law matters."
