I gave money to my daughter Amber, for her to give to John Kvartek, because she really thought he would help her, but after he got the money, he didn't do anything for her, he had no intention to help her and didn;t even return her money, please be weary of thi lawyer he is not out to help people dow...n on their luck,

John Kavartek is wolf in sheep’s clothing. Please save yourself from this man that pretends to be an attorney. I paid him in total 10,000 dollars for my divorce. First meeting with him I was promised the moon. At the end of the divorce I have nothing. I was awarded a small amount and still haven’t r...eceived it. In order for John Kavartek to file contempt charge against my ex husband I would have to pay him another 2500 dollars. My advice is represent yourself instead of hiring him. Anyone with a first grade education could do better than john Kavartek

John is the most ethical, understand and compassionate lawyer I have yet to meet. And I've been through many unfortunately. He takes the time to really understand each and every clients needs and knows how royally painful and frustrating the divorce process is. He TRULY has you and even better- your ...children's best interests at heart. His experience with quasi criminal cases is outstanding. You wont find a better lawyer in the panhandle that will go to bat for you. He will not fail you. I couldn't have asked for any better representation. Call him. You won't regret it.

He promises a lot but then doesn't do a single thing that the promised. He offered my husband and I to take our case and quoted us a big amount of money. When we declined his offer, he lowered the amount and kept lowering until we finally agreed. When he started "working" on our case, the amount wen...t up to the first amount he quoted us. He took the money but didn't do anything we asked him to do. Every time we would call, or see him, or breathe, or sneeze, he would charge us. He was on our case for almost 9 months and never took it to court. We keep asking him to set the hearing, he would promise us every time but wouldn't do it. At the appointments he would talk about anything that doesn't concern the case and then charge us for it. We ended up firing him when he asked for more money and the hearing was still not set. he is full of false promises and not a man of his word. He gives a good example of attorney that only cares about the money.

I'm sure Mr. Kvartek is a very commendable lawyer, his staff certainly is very nice. I consulted with him about my Custody/modification/support case and while he did listen and ask questions, I got a bad feeling from him because of how familiar/friendly he seemed to be with the Magistrate in my case ...(who is NOT in my favor) and also his friendship with the previous idiot of an attorney I had hired that screwed me over. I decided to NOT go with him, just in case, because something told me that since he was so "chummy" with my enemies, that he would be no friend to my cause. Tread carefully.
