Crystal Collins Spencer is the founding partner of Spencer Law with offices in Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach and Sandestin, Florida. Spencer earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1985. During her practice she has also handled complex litigation and high profile matters. She has appeared on 20/20, Dateline,Larry King, Campbell Brown, the Today Show, Good Morning America and more. She has sucessfully argued matters before the Florida Supreme Court, the First District Court of Appeals of Florida and appeared in the highest court of New York. She is a committed community volunteer and has won state and local recognition for her volunteer efforts. Recently she served as Chairman of the Charter Review Commission and was responsible for the total revision of Pensacola's Charter, which was ratified by citizen referendum.
