Crystal Collins Spencer is the founding partner of Spencer Law with offices in Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach and Sandestin, Florida. She has sucessfully argued matters before the Florida Supreme Court, the First District Court of Appeals of Florida and appeared in the highest court of New York. She is a committed community volunteer and has won state and local recognition for her volunteer efforts. Recently she served as Chairman of the Charter Review Commission and was responsible for the total revision of Pensacola's Charter, which was ratified by citizen referendum.
