First off I want to advised that yes I'm an actual client! I got blind sided by a debt collector that I was not aware of. They bought my debt and was trying to sue me. I called and knowing a little about collections as I work in the financial field. I tried to work I out and also advised them they we...re out of the FCRA guidelines and wrong for trying to sue me with any prior notification.
