I usually don't write reviews unless they are restaurants, but Bryan deserves to be known out there! I got notified I was being sued by a debt collector and had never gone through something like this. I started receiving attorney information automatically in the mail that wanted to take the case. ...Mr. Hamlin's letter was not only short and to the point of things that were offered, but ALL the things I wanted to get this case off my back! Contacted them, spoke with a representative at his office that was able to pull up my information quickly and assure me it would be taken care of if not, money back. They gave me every way possible to keep in touch with them along the way with up to date emails and within a few weeks, my case was dismissed, they can never come after me again of that debt and it will not go on my credit report! I did not have to show up for my court date, he took care of everything! I'm so glad that I chose him out of all the lawyer options I had. Just stop searching! Super Attorney. Used for debt collection and he had the counter claim filed within 24 hours of speaking with him and the case closed within 10 days! The debt collectors received $0! Impressed. I didn't know that I was being sued. The only way that I knew was when I went to collect my mail from the post office, which I don't check that often. Like once a month. I had about 15 solicitations from attorneys. I mean the were really fancy looking too. Except for one particular envelope. It was M...r. Hamlin's. I opened it and read it. Upon further investigation of the matter, I discovered that I was being sued for more than 4k in small claims court. I immediately retrieved all of the supposed "junk mail" and I started to read them. They were 13 of them, all from different attorneys and it was wild man. Prices ranged from 8k to 2k. So I went back to the very first letter that I had read. It said $500 Guaranteed. Bryan J. Hamlin. I did my due diligence and I was blown away! This guy was the Superman of attorneys! No exaggeration! I called and left a detailed message on a Friday evening. I forgot to mention that this happened at Thanksgiving. They promptly returned my call on Monday and the women said that they needed to be contacted two weeks before the court date to take the case. My hearing was one week away. I explained that I just found out about the lawsuit a few days prior and that I hadn't been served a subpoena. She told me to hold on so she could make Mr. Hamlin aware of the situation and he agreed to take my case on short notice. I paid him $500 on Thanksgiving morning and he immediately filed a notice of appearance that same morning! I'm like, " wow, who does that?" File paperwork on Thanksgiving!
