Biography
I am a veteran creditors rights attorney. I manage a mid-size multi-jurisdictional practice on bahalf of banks and financial institutions in their pursuit of default remedies. My firm, Federated Law Group, is well prepared to embark on litigation over defaulted debts, while at the same time working with debtors toward a mutually benefical resolution. I have significant experience in subrogation, defaulted credit card debt, consumer loans, commercial lines of credit, and student loans. I have tried 1'000s of cases on behalf of my clients while being mindful of the pitfalls of civil litigation.
