Bryan J Hamlin

I received a letter from Bryan Hamlin even before I got an official notice from the clerk of court. In his letter, he politely notified me of a pending debt collection suit against me, and provided his contact info. (I much preferred finding out I was being sued by a local attorney offering to help t...han I did previously, when a rude process server banged on my door.) Bryan returned my call immediately, providing full information on the pending court case, answering all of my questions, and kindly and politely listening to my individual circumstances. Being sued is obviously uncomfortable, but Bryan’s informative (and free) consultation made it much less so. He told me his (very reasonable) rates, what his services would entail, and what my (and his) next steps would be. He thoroughly prepared me for what to expect, and I felt really good about hiring him at the end of our initial call. (He also handled the requisite court process instantly, by letting the court know I was represented and preventing another aggravating visit from the process server entirely.) Two previous but very similar civil suits I am dealing with, for which I am being represented by a different attorney, are still pending from 2018. But surprisingly, less than 24 hours after hiring Bryan, he already had gotten our case resolved, with the company agreeing to dismiss the case without any cost to us. Our entire debt case was settled for the sum total of Bryan’s very reasonable fee (it was also considerably less than the previous attorney I hired where my suit is still pending after 3 years). Bryan was wonderful to talk to and even provided helpful advice on the two court cases currently being handled by the other attorney. I highly and unconditionally recommend Bryan J Hamlin for any civil or legal matters you could possibly need help with, and will certainly use him again if we are ever sued for any reason in the future.
