Bryan J Hamlin is a excellent lawyer. When I was served papers from this Portfolio Recovery company that they were suing me I did not know who they were until I read the papers. Even then all I knew is they were involved with JC Penney/ G.E. but I did not understand why. When I hired Bryan he persona...lly spoke to me and was very positive of the case that we had a very good chance to win. What happened was this company was a bill collector trying to collect money they said I owed them because they bought my account from JC Penney. Well Bryan got to work and proved them wrong. We won! He is very professional and knows what to do to come out on top.
