I received a letter from Bryan before I knew I had a lawsuit pending. At first I thought it might have been a scam because I had not been served paperwork. Then I started to receive more letters from lawyers attempting to get me to retain them. I looked up my court records and found that I was being ...sued for an old debt so I reached out to Bryan and was contacted back the very next day. Bryan explained what was happening and how he could help in terms that were easy for me to understand. I have to say Bryan is an excellent attorney. Not only.is the flat rate service he offers one of the best I've ever seen, he took my case and immediately went to work to resolve it. I received a letter from Mr. Bryan Hamlin's office explaining how he could help me fight a lawsuit from a debt collector for a flat rate. I didn't even know I had a lawsuit filed against me at that point. I did a quick online search and four days prior one was filed, my first and only ever in my life.... I emailed Mr. Hamlin and he responded quickly explaining how he could help. I did an online search with the county court clerk's office to see past cases he worked on and he had won every single case against debt collectors. I was happy to send him payment and within a few days the debt collector dismissed the case. Within 2 weeks all court records were updated reflecting the dismissal. The company is removing themselves from my credit report too. The best part of this potentially embarrassing situation was that I never got served papers. Because his letter arrived so fast and I hired him, he was able to show the court I had an attorney and I was not served a court summons about the lawsuit. I did receive letters from other attorneys, mostly out of town, but still in Florida, days later, but by that time Mr. Hamlin already won and the case was dismissed. I checked my credit report because of this situation and learned there are three other items that may come to court too. These are all from an ex who mismanaged my information and money and I did not realize these were impacting my credit. If they land in court, I'll be hiring Mr. Hamlin again. If you receive a letter from him, go online to the county court clerks office and search for his cases, you'll see what I did, that he wins. I realize that may sound like a commercial, but he saved me time, money, worry, and prevented me from being served by the courts in front of my children so I hold Mr. Hamlin in very high regard. Hire him and you'll quickly see why I took time to write this good review!

I received a letter from Bryan Hamlin even before I got an official notice from the clerk of court. In his letter, he politely notified me of a pending debt collection suit against me, and provided his contact info. (I much preferred finding out I was being sued by a local attorney offering to help t...han I did previously, when a rude process server banged on my door.) Bryan returned my call immediately, providing full information on the pending court case, answering all of my questions, and kindly and politely listening to my individual circumstances. Being sued is obviously uncomfortable, but Bryan’s informative (and free) consultation made it much less so. He told me his (very reasonable) rates, what his services would entail, and what my (and his) next steps would be. He thoroughly prepared me for what to expect, and I felt really good about hiring him at the end of our initial call. (He also handled the requisite court process instantly, by letting the court know I was represented and preventing another aggravating visit from the process server entirely.) Two previous but very similar civil suits I am dealing with, for which I am being represented by a different attorney, are still pending from 2018. But surprisingly, less than 24 hours after hiring Bryan, he already had gotten our case resolved, with the company agreeing to dismiss the case without any cost to us. Our entire debt case was settled for the sum total of Bryan’s very reasonable fee (it was also considerably less than the previous attorney I hired where my suit is still pending after 3 years). Bryan was wonderful to talk to and even provided helpful advice on the two court cases currently being handled by the other attorney. I highly and unconditionally recommend Bryan J Hamlin for any civil or legal matters you could possibly need help with, and will certainly use him again if we are ever sued for any reason in the future.

First off I want to advised that yes I'm an actual client! I got blind sided by a debt collector that I was not aware of. They bought my debt and was trying to sue me. I called and knowing a little about collections as I work in the financial field. I tried to work I out and also advised them they we...re out of the FCRA guidelines and wrong for trying to sue me with any prior notification. Well they refuse to work it out so I contacted Attorney Hamlin. This being my first experience with such a matter he explained the due process and afterwards jumped on the case aggressively and in less then a week the case was dismissed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I recommend Attorney Hamlin. I view him as top of the class and works hard for his clients!
