I hired Bryan to file and complete replevin action on my behalf to retrieve my stolen firearm from an uncooperative pawn shop in Pensacola, FL. Bryan was very professional and effective. He kept me updated on the status of my case and was willing to take suggestions and act on any information I prov...ided him. I had the sense that Bryan is a reasonable man and cared about my satisfaction and the outcome of my case. Since the pawn shop fought the action, it took longer than I would have expected, exactly 1 year. However, the extended duration was never due to inaction on Bryan's part. Instead, the delays occurred due to unresponsiveness from the pawn shop's counsel and ordinary time required for the judges to make rulings and the legal system to go through the various processes required. My case was somewhat complicated due to involvement of the Florida 1st Circuit Court related to the criminal case against those accused of pawning the stolen property. All things considered, with a lesser attorney on my side, the action probably would have taken even longer. I now have my firearm back in my possession and, per the Florida Pawnbroking Act, the pawn shop is responsible for paying Bryan for his services. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Bryan.
