I hired Mr. Johnson because my former spouse was repeatedly petitioning for additional child support and just more money in general, and she was not adhering to the MSA with regard to dependent tax exemptions. I needed to contain the situation because it was more or less "death by paper cuts" for me.... The work as far as forms and filing was very thorough, but I didn't feel adequately represented in that I left the case worse off than before, having conceded a lot in order to simply be finished. I understand that all cases vary, and in some ways, it may not have been possible to have the impact I desired. I don't know and I guess it's too late now. Don't take this as me stating "do not hire this attorney"; my case is not the same as yours. I was never left without the impression that he is competent and aggressive. I'm just out several thousand dollars and I am worse off than I was when I began.

Travis Johnson represented me in my divorce, however he failed to present numerous expenses I was forced to incur because of my ex-husband's refusal to pay joint debts despite requesting all the invoices (for which I'm sure I paid to send to him). Furthermore, I was promised dual representation by... this firm because he was the least experienced, however this was never given once the retainer check was cashed. He allowed opposing counsel to attack my character without recourse. As a result of his negligence I couldn't count even 1 victory after mediation and 2 hearings. Of the small settlement I did get, 20% of it went to Mr. Johnson. After meeting with him to express my concern and unhappiness, he told me "I'm sorry you feel that way." I would never refer anyone to him or this firm.
