Travis handled a dependency case for my husband and I in 2010-2011. It was very serious and failure to really, really know the law would have been devastating for us as we were up against the state and the Dept of Children & Families who were very agreessively keeping my husband away from the kids. T...ravis was very upfront and very professional. Though we were terrified, we knew we were in good hands. We went all the way to trial with the DCF and Travis (literally) humiliated the Dept of Children & Families. He was so thorough in his exam on the accuser and exposing all of the inconsistencies in the story that the judge stopped the trial, called all attorneys to his chamber and 5 minutes later emerged and threw out the whole entire case, with prejudice. I hope we never, ever need a dependency attorney again but if we do, we would hire Travis in a heartbeat. He isnt cheap but he did work with us on payment. Its true you get what you pay for. He is worth every penny. He responded quickly to emails and kept us abreast of all changing information. I have recommended him to several people.
