Wills, Living Wills and Health Care Surrogate needs
We were in need of updated Living Wills, Health Care Surrogates and Wills. Mr Medley was able to fit us in quickly. He and his team were professional and helpful. Mr Medley was able to answer all of our questions and complete the process quickly, taking a lot of stress off us. His rate was also reasonable. We would definitely use him again!

Highly recommended
Mr. Medley was very helpful with the probate process after my father passed. He explained everything that he would do and what he didn't need to do, that had already been taken care of, and how much (flat fee) it would cost to have him take care of it. He answered questions at any time and the process was straightforward and simple. I appreciate his work and his professionalism.

Outstanding Resource
Easily the best attorney i have worked with. I needed an attorney to help guide me through the process after my mom passed away. Very knowledgeable; very personable; very thorough and cares for his clients. Absolutely wonderful and will be my "go to" person if needing a attorney again in the future.

Wonderful attorney
Nicholas Medley helped my mom and I so much during a very difficult time. His intimate and professional knowledge of elder law helped me so much as we went through the process of getting my Mother approved for Medicaid. His expertise put me at ease with the whole process, from initial interview to final acceptance by Medicaid. I couldn't have done it without him.

Very Professional and Helpful Elder Law Attorney
Mr. Medley was very helpful in assisting with my father's medicaid application. He was always easy to get a hold of, and walked us through the process in a very professional manner.

Professional and Compassionate
We were referred to Mr. Medley when my wife's mother illness was such that we needed professional help with her estate. From the first meeting, we were completely at ease with the professional manner with which we were treated. He had guided us through the long and painful process of settling the estate of a loved one. His understanding of the situation goes far beyond what one would expect in a lawyer/client relationship. I highly recommend him and his services at the first thought that it is needed.

A Big Thank You
my brother and were in Pensacola because of the death of our father. When we realized we may need a lawyer to settle my father's estate, I called Mr. Medley and explained the situation and that my brother and I were from out of town with time constraints. Mr. Medley had us scheduled the very next day! It was a real relief after we met him and went over the process of probate. He essentially took it out of our hands and took over. The whole process took approximately 6 months and that entire time he kept us both informed as to what was going on. We were so fortunate to be able to have him represent us and I highly recommend his expertise to everyone.

Very knowledgeable
Nicholas helped me to understand an important element of the law. In estate planning learning how to transfer property by deed is essential and Nicholas explained all the crucial points.

Fantastic Attorney
I had been working with another local attorney about estate planning for over 2 months. Unfortunately, their only concern was my payment and never really answered a question. Mr. Medley met with me and answered all of my questions in less than an hour! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mr. Medley, and he will be my resource going forward.

A competent Elder Care/Estate Planner; easy to work with.
My wife and I needed competent guidance for estate planning with emphasis on elder care issues. To that end we were advised by another local attorney, who did not deal with elder care issues, to engage the services of Nicholas Medley. From the beginning to completion, Attorney Medley has proven to be a kind, responsive, deliberate, and well informed source of information and document preparer. He is easy to communicate with, staying on point until the client has understanding and is comfortable. Attorney Medley will be retained as our legal guide as we face ultimate decline over the years. I would heartily recommend him to anyone requiring legal assistance in his field.

Thanks, Mr. Medley
Mr. Medley came to speak to an Alzheimer's Family Services caregiver support group and was very informative. Each member of the group commented positively concerning his interaction with each person and his knowledge concerning elder law. Everyone appreciated Mr. Medley's time he took to speak to the group and his preparation.
