OUTCOME: We were able to qualify Ms. H for Medicaid while still allowing her to pass down a large portion of her assets to her children, as per her final wishes.

Ms. H's daughter came to us for help with qualifying her mother for Medicaid so that she would be able to afford her stay in a local nursing home.
