The One That You Want on Your Side. You DO NOT want her on the other side!

She helped expose the lies of my crazy ex-wife! Without Elizabeth's experience, resourcefulness and intense professionalism I would have been run all over in court. I can't even explain how Elizabeth did what she did, but my ex ended up actually having to admit to the judge that she was lying IN TH...E MIDDLE OF OUR HEARING! I highly recommend retaining Elizabeth if you find yourself in need of the best family law atty in Florida, if not the entire US. I also hear that she's just as good if not better with criminal law, I just haven't found myself needing her services pertaining to this field. And hope I never do;-)

Elizabeth Peskin~The Best Decision I Have Ever Made!

I thank God every day for leading me to Elizabeth. When I divorced my wife in 2006 she handled everything from start to finish. It ended with my 7 year old angel residing with me full time. My daughter is now 14, omg she just started high school, ab student and first chair in trumpet. Now, I just... ended a 7 year relationship and once again Elizabeth came to the rescue. The nasty tricks and conniving behaviour of my youngest daughter's mother were no match for Elizabeth's awesomeness!!! My two girls are my life. God only knows where my little girls would be if it were not for Elizabeth. Please pardon my French but Elizabeth Peskin has got some serious Law and Order going on. You CAN NOT go wrong with her. I can really say that my experience with Elizabeth has felt more like a friend helping me vs. an attorney wanting to just get paid. When you're scared to death.....call Elizabeth!
