Ian Donovan Nesbeth

I had Ian represent me for a traffic citation. The trial was set for 3 o clock. I walked in the courthouse at 2:50. Ian and the State Trooper were already discussing the case. The three of us talked very briefly and my charge was dismissed, no points, no fees, not even a trial. I was out of the court...house before my trial was set to start. Thank you for your hard work Ian.

I got my first ticket ever in Madison County, and I was very worried about getting points on my license or having to attend traffic school. Mr. Nesbeth was very attentive throughout the whole process and was available if I had any questions regarding my case, whether he was busy in court or meeting w...ith a potential client, he always made sure to reach out to me within a reasonable amount of time. My case was DISMISSED!! and all I had to do was pay the court fee cost. No points and no traffic school. Ian is incredible!!!

I had nothing but issues with Mr. Nesbeth.He would rarely return my phone calls and on one occasion he told me ' Im busy, I can't handle this right now' and hung up. When i was scheduled for phone conferences, he would never call...I would end up speaking to his assistant days later. The outcome of... my case was worse that if I would have just handles things myself. i would recommend him to NO ONE
