Mr. Liebenhaut and his staff were so easy to work with. I was amazed at how easy it was to go through the process with the right guidance. I had filed my initial claim 5 years prior with a group my LTD provider used not understanding I had the right to hire my own attorney. I was denied at every... level of the process. This is a five star review that is truly deserved. Mr. Liebenhaut and his team are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field, based on my experience. I came to Matt Liebenhaut regarding a child support / child custody matter in January of 2017, after being summoned with a lawsuit against ...me. I had 20 days to respond, so I was in a bit of a time crunch. I currently live out of state, and was only able to rely on Mr. Liebenhaut’s reviews and his website for my final decision on selecting an attorney. I called Mr. Liebenhaut’s office and they scheduled me for a consultation, with him, within just a few short days. After speaking with him about my case, I felt very confident in Mr. Liebenhaut representing me. I truly felt like I was in safe hands. Matt was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Having not spent much time with attorneys it was great to find someone who was the complete opposite of the image I had in my head, of an up-tight, expensive attorney who I had no idea if I could trust or not. On the contrary, Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I felt confident that I could trust him and his team for their guidance 100%. I paid my retainer fee the very next day. When informing me of the retainer fee, Matt explained what exactly the fee covered. He also discussed potential situations that could happen. There were never any hidden fees or additional costs. However; every time Matt Liebenhaut spoke, he was calm, collected, and stated nothing but facts. I believe Matt Liebenhaut was passionate about my case and he did not have to be too aggressive to prove that. Aggressiveness is not necessarily a bad thing. But aggressiveness without intelligence and temperament is not only unwise but unnecessarily expensive. Matt Liebenhaut is friendly, to the point, reassuring, and cares about your well-being and the outcome of your case. Matt Liebenhaut is also not intimidated by any “aggressive” opponent due to Matt’s experience and knowledge. Needless to say, He won our case. I cannot thank Matt Liebenhaut and his team enough.
