When my wife asked for a divorce I hired Kristin as my attorney. Failing a mediation we engaged in a year long negotiation of a marital agreement. Key to the marital agreement was a clause which allowed the agreement to be reviewed and alimony and all further arrangements potentially termination up...on retirement.
