Originally quoted $403 and on March 4th charged me $403 to file a chapter 7 However on March 7 after asking me to list the contents of my home; She then reversed and said she needed an additional $1,000 to file the bankruptcy. I explained to her that my bank account was a negative $400 because I paid her original quoted fee and her response was "Pawn the stuff in your house" I asked her if I could pay over time; She said NO! So I asked how am I going to get any of my furniture or TV sets to the pawn shop" Since I don't drive or own a vehicle because of my medical conditions and I don't even have money to pay an Uber and if I can't get this bankruptcy filed, come Wed March 12th I'm going to be homeless and in my medical condition I'm not going to last two months on the street. You're literately setting me up to die. Her response to this was "That's Not My Problem, I need the extra $1,000 to help you and I need all of it by Tuesday" By the time most of you read this I'll most likely be dead or at the very least be homeless and near death.
