Aaron, unlike other attys. was ALWAYS reachable through one or another of our many modern day devices, to answer any questions or concerns about my case. He was always extremely professional and polite and most important always sure and honest about my case and his abilities to defend me. If your looking for an attorney who is upfront and damn good at what they do talk to Aaron!! You won't be disappointed that you did so.

Aaron is a hard working and knowledgeable attorney. He informed me at the beginning of every option, angel, and opportunity we could pursue and what that would mean for our results. He is well known in the legal community and this can come in real handy. He knows how particular judges think and work. He also is familiar with just about everything that you can be when it comes to DUI cases. My only complaint was that it was sometimes hard to get a reply from him unless you called. Emails or texts can often get lost because he is such a busy guy so it is understandable, it just gave me a little bit of anxiety. But overall he would always get me an answer before I needed it and I never felt like we were going to a hearing or trial without being fully informed. Aaron got my DUI dropped and no ticket on my record. His team was quick to help me with the paperwork to have the entire thing erased. I feel like a new man and couldn't have done it without him. Thank you so much Aaron!

Going into my case, I was incredibly overwhelmed as it was my first encounter with the system. But during our initial consultation, Aaron made sure to give me a detailed description of my options and what the trajectory of the case would look like. From that initial consultation, Aaron handled everything with the case. On the one hand it was comforting, as I didn't have to worry about anything; but on the other, I often wondered if there was something I should be doing and worried if I had failed to do something correctly. Unfortunately, much of the legal system consists of "hurry up and wait." For the client prone to worry, its important to maintain email contact with Aaron so he can assure you things are proceeding as expected. I'd also recommend taking detailed notes during the initial meetings so you can know where in the process you are and you can refer back to them when you have questions.
As far as my case was concerned, I initially had three charges, and I would imagine it was a difficult case. In the end, each of those charges were either dropped or reduced: one dropped completely, and the other two reduced to lesser charges. I'm certain that such an outcome would not have happened without the help of Aaron's legal expertise.

Arron was great, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. There was a year between my arrest date and the trial and I never went without knowing exactly what was going on. Being charged with a crime brings a lot of uncertainty and for me that came with a lot of questions. Aaron never failed to call me back within a hour of my call and he was always able to field any questions and concerns I had. Arron always gave it to me straight, never beating around the bush. We did not have to even go to trial because Aaron was able to make a very reasonable deal with the State that led to ZERO CONVICTIONS. My experience with Aaron better than I ever hoped for. Don't wait call Wayt!

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in Tallahassee, FL. There was a fatality. I immediately knew that I needed a lawyer to protect my rights. I asked a friend of mine who they would suggest in the Tallahassee, FL area and they referred me to Aaron. I don't live in the area therefore, I had to rely on my friends to refer me to someone they knew. I did get online in an attempt to find an attorney however, there are so many of them to choose from. I took the advice of my friend and contacted Aaron the Monday morning after the weekend of the accident. He fit me into his schedule immediately which was ideal considering my state of mind at the time. Aaron was professional, understand and was straight to the point as to what I was up against. I gave him my AMEX for the retainer that day and Aaron got to work on my case. Throughout the following 9-months, Aaron kept me updated on the status, answered my phone calls and text messages in a timely fashion and even went to the impound lot to place a tarp over my motorcycles in an attempt to protect my assets. I never imagined I would be in a situation like this but Aaron reassured me that it would all be taken care of. 9-months later, I was cleared of all charges as I was an innocent party. I truly believe that Aaron's connections combined with his tenacity and knowledge of the case assisted in the outcome. If you are looking for someone that will work hard to protect your interests, call Aaron. He does not disappoint. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family members.

My case was very complex. I had struck a pedestrian while driving with a BAC of .14. The pedestrian's injuries were very severe. The pedestrian was determined to be at fault for the accident, so I was only charged with a misdemeanor DUI and not a felony.
Nevertheless, the state had a 180 period in which they could up the charge to a felony. That charge would have carried with it a lengthy prison sentence.
Aaron worked tirelessly to settle the case as favorably to me as possible. The charge was never increased and I was very happy with the outcome. The length of time between when I hired Aaron and the settlement of the case was six months, and he never once slowed down on my case.

From 2013-2016, Mr. Wayt was my defense attorney for a DUI with BAC 0.15 or higher case. I was involved in a single car accident and sustained substantial bodily injury. LCSO obtained blood samples from me while in the ER. Those three years seemed like an eternity for me, however, Mr. Wayt ensured me that time was on our side. Long story short, Mr. Wayt successfully had the blood samples suppressed, leaving the prosecutor empty-handed. Within a week, all of my charges were dropped by the prosecutor. If you want premium services by an experienced professional, Aaron Wayt is the attorney for you.

I spoke with several attorneys before choosing Mr. Aaron Wayt to represent me in my DUI case and thank God I chose him! Mine was a potentially bad case that could have put me in jail for some time with other additional harsh punishments which would have meant the end of my life for me and my wife at my age. It was my 3rd DUI albeit they were 20 years apart. It was a bad DUI arrest because it was just late at night on a rural road that I was not familiar with and a happenstance stop by an overzealous cop but nonetheless I thought my life was over. The state offered an initial plea deal of jail time plus two years of an ignition lock device plus two years of probation. Without having to go to trial, Mr. Wayt through his superior knowledge of, and experience with DUI law was able to get the charge drooped to reckless driving. I do not think there is a better or more knowledge DUI attorney in Tallahassee and the surrounding area or even possibly the whole state. DUI defense is all he does and he is very, very good at it! He saved my life and I will forever be indebted to him. If you value your future, hire Mr. Wayt!
