Great person

I am in the process of trying to collect two judgment awards in civil cases here in central fl. I have gone as far as I could go on my own in order to collect the debts. I sought out legal advise online and came across this site "Avvo". I wrote out my problem and received responses from several lawye...rs. Most of which told me that my cases were not worth pursuing and basically I should get a life. Attorney Mark Theodore Tischhauser has referred to me as a "starry eyed lay person who rely upon the courts to resolve their disputes........." I also posted a thank you response and Mr. Tischhauser's reply was as quote "Being thankful or gracious does little to overcome the often poor financial and legal decision making fueled by stubborn determination and the emotion of a self determined righteous cause." He also stated that a lawyer knows whether it's worth it or not to pursue a judgment. Was this supposed to be helpful or was I reprimanded for my inquiry? I was under the impression that this is the purpose of 'Avvo'. Seeking legal advice and possibly hiring a lawyer. Mind you, I never mentioned the amounts of the judgments or if I sued a person or a business. I basically said that I won judgments in civil matters, filed some motions that were denied and need advise on how to pursue. Out of the different responses that I received only one was on the positive note. Jay Grife was the only attorney that had an encouraging response. He is the only one who has taken the time to guide me in suggesting alternative options. I was beginning to feel that obtaining my judgments are hopeless. Since my income is low I have been trying to file all motions on my own to no avail. I just need a little guidance on what my next best options are. Mr. Grife made me feel that there is still hope. He didn't ridicule or belittle me in any way. He has made me feel that my cases are just as important as any other. I was at my wits end, but after speaking personally with him, he has made me feel more confident then ever before. His impression on me is that he work from the heart. Not just the almighty dollar. He really cares and treat people with dignity and the utmost respect Compared to other attorneys who has acknowledged my posts, he is the tops. In all of my years as a consumer I have never been inspired enough by anyone to actually sit down and write a review about them. That is how much I have been impressed by Attorney Jay S. Grife's professionalism. If you are looking for a lawyer who view you as a person, not just a dollar sign, Jay S. Grife is the attorney for you. He is smart, witty and thorough. He can and will get the job done. I will follow up my review at a later date with the outcome.

Don't hesitate to retain Jay Grife.

Consulted with Mr. Grife and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, forthcoming and exceptionally helpful in guiding me regarding my issues. Would not hesitate to hire him should the need present itself.

Quality lawyer and great representation!

I highly recommend Jay Grife if you are in need of a medical malpractice lawyer. He is very professional, extremely hardworking and takes his clients needs very seriously. He was especially helpful to me in regard to some foot problems I was having and I would use him again should the need arise

Did a wonderful, professional and thorough job

Mr. Grife did a thorough professional job. He was kind and understanding. He was able to figure out what was the best way to attack my problem and to formulate a well executed plan of action. He was relentless in pursuing the course of action we agreed on. He was able to demonstrate a great knowle...dge of the law and was quick to get all the necessary papers and documents in order. Because of the decisive action which Mr. Grife took my case was successfully concluded. One of the most important things I found about Mr. Grife was that he seemed to show a true feeling of empathy. He was genuine and I found myself fully trusting his work and opinion. He was also very fast to return calls which was a major positive. I would highly recommend Jay Grife for any legal issues that are within his area of expertise.
