Ardian has advised / represented my husband and me for over 18 months for an immigration matter --- my fiancée (now husband) overstayed his tourist visa and I petitioned for him to become a lawful permanent resident. Prior to meeting with Ardian, I filled out the forms by myself but I did not sub...mit the forms to the government. I researched and met with several immigration attorneys in the state of Florida. Out of the three attorneys I met with, I felt most comfortable with Ardian because of his willingness to listen and thoroughness when providing advice. When I initiated the first in-person meeting with Ardian, I wanted to use him as a second level reviewer to the forms that I completed on my own. I quickly realized the value of getting him as our attorney because he identified mistakes that I made on the forms, which could have either delayed the process or rejected our application. He also identified two forms that I did not know I needed to fill out --- to get my husband's work authorization and to get my husband a social security number, which again highlights the importance of getting a creditable, experienced attorney like Ardian. After Ardian filed the necessary forms (August 2019) to petition the status change, my husband and I relocated from the state of Florida to another state. During our transition, Ardian handled the administrative process of updating our address and answering our questions about our new state's Department of Motor Vehicles and traveling by airplane. My husband still received his work authorization and social security card (November 2019) in a timely manner too even after moving. Due to the international pandemic of COVID-19, our state's immigration offices closed from March 2020 to June 2020. In August 2020, we were given notice for our in-person interview with immigration. We interviewed on September 9, 2020 and my husband was approved the next business day to become a permanent resident. All in all, I am happy with our service --- Ardian guided us to ensure our forms were processed without errors and advised us on lawful activities. My advice to anyone who needs to go through the immigration process --- 1. Find an attorney that you feel comfortable having a relationship with over multiple years 2. Find an attorney that is a good listener who gives advice for your specific situation 3. Find an attorney who has multiple years of experience filing these forms for various different immigration matters 4. Find an attorney that is responsive 5. Find an attorney that has the ability to work with you regardless of where you live at in the U.S. 6. Find an attorney that has the technology to ensure that your paperwork, forms, and supporting documentation are secure and can be handled safely over the internet That attorney was Ardian for my family --- he provided all six of the attributes that I listed above. Highly recommended and for the fee that you will pay, it is worth it over the course of multiple years. The immigration process is an investment and requires legal expertise to avoid mistakes. I was very happy with Ardian. He is very professional and personal.
