Diligent Immigration attorney

Prior to meeting Ardian I had filed my marriage based immigration petition. However, my abusive spouse (now ex) refused to attend my interview. I only had a few days to find an attorney. I placed several calls to immigration firms and explained my situation. These firms either told me there was no ho...pe for me, or that I would need to book a consultation first. I finally worked down my list to Gjoka law firm. I called Ardian and after explaining my situation he immediately advised that I had recourse under VAWA. He told me to come to his office that day and was with me at my interview a few days later. We filed my VAWA petition in 2019 and 3 years and a pandemic later I am a permanent resident thanks to Ardian, Sonila and Mimoza's diligent work. I joked with Ardian that he is a workaholic. He was always available to take my calls, worked on weekends, always kept me informed and answered every question and query I had. When USCIS mailed my green card with the wrong zip code, Ardian's team went from post office to post office to track it down and they did. Ardian truly enjoys what he does and it shows in the satisfaction of his clients and his results. I cannot recommend him highly enough and if I have any further immigration needs he will be the attorney I return to.
