Without him, I wouldn't be where I am today...or anywhere

Michael Rudolph is the reason I am able to be typing this sentence. Much love to my Mother (and cats), and my fighting spirit, but without Michael Rudolph, I wouldn't be where I am today. While I was battling for my rights and my life in the "blank" work comp system, I was having trouble finding a la...wyer who could handle my unique case. It took over 4 years and 3 failing law firms before the Universe sent me Michael Rudolph. (It took him less than a year to win my battle) It only took a few mins into our first talk for me to know Michael was the man for the job. In all honesty, it only took the sound of his voice. After all I had been through, hearing the kindness and confidence on the other end of the phone, was like hearing The Beatles for the first time; you knew things were going to be different now. I can't recall our exact conversation, but I can still draw upon the feeling of it. I hired him right then and there, and it was the wisest choice I had made in my life. Throughout our time together Michael gave me and my case the complete care and attention needed (where others before had faulted). As time went and he began to better understand the complexity of my case, yes, he did of course become more involved, but from that first talk we had, he was all in. I hope I'm making my point? What I mean is...you can trust Michael right from the start, he will never falter from that person whom you first have a conversation with. When you have Michael Rudolph as your lawyer, you have all of Michael Rudolph; he's not some "celebrity" lawyer, he's Michael Rudolph, and he's there for you...and for justice... I thanked him then, I thank him now, and I thank him forever. PS - I did like that ending, however I want to add this. I suffer from PTSD, and Michael has always been 100% patient and understanding. He never once made me feel bad in anyway. Sure, I would make myself feel bad for feeling like I was being a bother, and would apologize all the time for it. Michael always assured me that I was okay, and I wasn't a bother at all. When you suffer from a mental health impairment, and beat yourself up about it, it can be difficult to say the least. Michael never made me feel bad for having PTSD. He always treated me with kindness and respect, and was never condescending, as others had been before. He didn't treat me like I have PTSD, but rather as a person, who just happens to have PTSD.

The Best Workers Compensation Lawyer

I retained Mike over 3 years ago. During my case he made sure I was taken care of. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns and he was very honest. He was extremely professional, and he was very tough on the opposing counsel. He did not stop at nothing to get me what he thought I deserved. I... highly recommend Mike because he is the best workers compensation lawyer!

Absolutely the BEST Lawyer in Jacksonville Florida

Mr. Rudolph has represented myself and my Mother in Workers Compensation cases. He is by far the absolute BEST Lawyer in the State of Florida! Mr. Rudolph is very responsive and his Communication is OUTSTANDING!! ! We both dealt with Mr. Rudolph directly the majority of the time, not a paralegal. Whe...n we dealt with his paralegal Brit, she was always very responsive and friendly! If you want to be treated with dignity, honesty and respect, I highly recommend Mr. Rudoloh and his firm.

Mike is a true fighter for the injured worker

I don't usually post reviews, but after teaming with Mike (Mr. Rudolph) I feel that I have to pass on my experience to others joined in the brotherhood by WC misdeeds and who are need of an excellent attorney. When you do your research you will find many highly ranked, well certified attorneys. I d...id also! Once you meet with Mike your decision will become much easier. Once you work with Mike, you will thank GOD that attorneys like him exist. Mike and Heidi, his paralegal, are always available. I have emailed numerous times late at night, over the weekend, or while they were on vacation and received an answer quickly. What other attorney will answer a question at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night? I can not even begin to tell you how amazing his availability is. There are times I had to remind myself that he has to have other clients, because he treated me as if I was the only one. I was kept up to date as our case proceeded. I was walked through the expectations of each step. Mike will fight for you. He is not one of these attorneys looking for a quick score off of a settlement. If you settle it will be your choice. If you want to go to court he will go to court. Speaking of court, wow he is a lion in court. He truly amazed me with his cross examination. I am a simple country boy. As such, I have walked with bears, drug alligators by their tail, caught rattlesnakes by the head, etc; all with lots of respect, and little fear BUT, I pray that I never have the occasion to be cross-examined by Mr. Rudolph!!! The respect others have for him in his field is also a great asset. He is also responsible for one of the most groundbreaking court decisions in WC in recent years, he knows his stuff. To define the respect others have for him I will use my employers reaction to me hiring him. They tried to get me to hire another attorney, or go "attorney less", no less than a dozen times. If you have a WC injury you need an attorney. If you need a WC attorney I highly recommend Mike.

"I endorse Michael Rudolph as a great Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability lawyer. I have worked with Michael as a law partner. I have shared cases and co-counseled cases with Micheal. He and his law partners and staff are the best in these areas of practice in North Florida, hands down. I strongly recommend Michael and his firm. And, he is a genuinely good person."

"Mike and I represented a client involved in a catastrophic automobile accident while working as a subcontractor for a painting contractor. The insurance company denied workers' compensation. After fighting the insurance company for over 2 years including an appeal to the 1st DCA of Florida, Mike helped our client eventually settle his claim for a total of $1.1 million."
