Biography
I have been practicing law in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death trial law for 30 years, 27 of which have been in the Jacksonville , Fl. area. However, I routinly handle cases in various parts of Florida. I also represent families who have been injured or lost a loved one while traveling in Florida or visiting in Florida. I have been very active in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra communities socially and professionally and enjoy a strong relationship with the Jacksonville Bar and the Fourth Circuit Judiciary. I am a recent Past President of the Jacksonville Trial Lawyers Association, now known as the Jacksonville Justice Association. I currently serve on the Justice Association Board of Directors and as the Judicial Liasion working with the Civil Judges in the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Duval, Nassau and Clay Counties.
We have lived in the Beaches Community since 1990. My wife of 30 years is an attorney in our firm. I enjoy fishing, boating, hunting and shooting. I exercise most every morning to keep the stress down. Most importantly, I love what I do and I love the competition and challenge with each case and client I accept.
We handle complex injury and death cases and focus on maximizing the damages in each case with a knowledge and understanding of anatomy and medicine. Many of our cases are in litigation being prepared for trial. We routinely co-counsel with other lawyers to add 30 years of litigation and Trial experience to the team.
