I do not recommend Mr. Stephen Michael Doty as your family attorney. I went with him with a case of change of parental sharing time from my ex-husband, who was paying child support because in shared custody, I had most of the time and my daughter lived with me. Mr. Doty took my case without even ta...king the time to listen to the situation of the case, telling me that I did not have to worry because the father did not have the slightest chance to change the parental sharing plan in his favor. I took his word for it and hired him. After a year of the process, I ended up losing most of the time with my daughter and also paying child support and all the other demands that my daughter's father wanted to add, in addition to having paid a large sum of money to Mr. Doty for such absent legal representation.

Declaring bankruptcy can be very taxing and time consuming but Mr Doty was always available to answer questions whether it was by phone call text or email we will explain the process and great detail and this process was made easier by the fact that we decided to hire a attorney that understood how n...aive we were about the process and was there with us every step of the way we would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked
