Stephen Michael Doty

I do not recommend Mr. Stephen Michael Doty as your family attorney. I went with him with a case of change of parental sharing time from my ex-husband, who was paying child support because in shared custody, I had most of the time and my daughter lived with me. Mr. Doty took my case without even ta...king the time to listen to the situation of the case, telling me that I did not have to worry because the father did not have the slightest chance to change the parental sharing plan in his favor. I took his word for it and hired him. After a year of the process, I ended up losing most of the time with my daughter and also paying child support and all the other demands that my daughter's father wanted to add, in addition to having paid a large sum of money to Mr. Doty for such absent legal representation.

I cannot recommend Stephen Doty enough! He just facilitated our third win in family court (2 entirely separate cases; one custody, one fraudulent child support claim). This is my first win defending myself against this specific family in the last 18 years. I felt hopeless until I hired Mr. Doty. ...Stephen was familiar and knowledgeable with all of the statutes in my particular case, as well as with the officiates and representatives who appeared at the hearing. He negotiated boldly, with wisdom and experience, and although he managed my expectations, we came out beyond victorious. This man has your (family’s) best interest at heart and will absolutely fight for you.
