She has closed several real estate transactions for me and there was one transaction she definitely gave the WOW factor. I had a transaction that went down hill at the very end, meaning no one is going to get paid. Instead of having the "On to the next one" mentality like many Title Companies. This S...eller was very upset because we were a few days from closing so she moved out of her house into a rental. Just before closing the buyers financing fell through and wanted their binder back. She fought hard for my seller back and forth with the Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Broker and the Lender for two weeks, to get down to the bottom of the problem and why they should explain to the buyer that giving the binder to the seller is the best course of action. She completely HANDLED the situation even though she had no dog in the fight and for that she is my #1 go to Attorney for anything in her scope of work.

Samantha was helpful in advising us on a residential property from start to finish. She went out of her way to answer questions I had that my realtor was not able to answer about adding my parents to the deed, which in return ended up saving us money by not having to do that down the road. Did an amazing job getting the documents that needed to be signed to me in a quick matter and always responded quick to text messages or calls when I had questions!! She made sure the money was wired directly to my account same day and she always kept me in the loop on every transaction!! I would hig...hly recommend her and would use her again in a heart beat!!

I had a contract with a time share company that lied about what I was buying with a 5 days cancellation period I didnt know about. I cancelled in writing like stated but the company wouldnt let me cancel because it was 4 days after the cancellation period. I was determined that I wasnt going to pay f...or something that wasnt what I wanted to purchase. I knew by me not paying would make my credit score drop. Calling to speak with a manager/supervisor was impossible, since everything was automated, for them to call you back. So I hired Ms. Samantha. I was willing to do a settlement fee if I had too. 1 year 2 months later the contract was canceled, all late payments where removed from my credit report and all money paid to them was given back... I am so happy and grateful for her help and everything she did to make this happen. She exceeded my expectations.
