I had a contract with a time share company that lied about what I was buying with a 5 days cancellation period I didnt know about. I cancelled in writing like stated but the company wouldnt let me cancel because it was 4 days after the cancellation period. I was determined that I wasnt going to pay f...or something that wasnt what I wanted to purchase. I knew by me not paying would make my credit score drop. Calling to speak with a manager/supervisor was impossible, since everything was automated, for them to call you back. So I hired Ms. Samantha. I was willing to do a settlement fee if I had too. 1 year 2 months later the contract was canceled, all late payments where removed from my credit report and all money paid to them was given back... I am so happy and grateful for her help and everything she did to make this happen. She exceeded my expectations.
