Buying a house with a lot of problems that needs to be cleared it's a terrible situation and Samantha is doing everything is possible to get moving forward daily closer and closer to closing day.

Samantha was helpful in advising us on a residential property from start to finish. She went out of her way to answer questions I had that my realtor was not able to answer about adding my parents to the deed, which in return ended up saving us money by not having to do that down the road.
