Stefani Kay Nolan

Stephanie is personable and appears concerned. Unfortunately she was not as responsive to the client's concerns as she could have been. She appeared to be easily intimidated by the opposing counsel and it took her a while to actually be convinced that what her client was telling her was true. Not ...only was she less responsive but she was also VERY, VERY expensive for the little work that she did for the client. More than the cost, we weren't getting anywhere with her as the client's attorney. Our next lawyer, a replacement working for another firm saved the day. He was more strategic, more energetic, very honest, responsive, and far less expensive. We were glad to part company with Ms. Nolan but really wish her well.

In my opinion, Ms. Nolan was disorganized; she easily let the opposing counsel lead on all issues and rarely objected. I thought Ms. Nolan became very anxious when opposing side made accusations, showing physical signs of distress. She also seemed anxious during mediation and I felt she was unable ...to have the patience to explain/discuss important issues with me at an important time. Fee was requested upfront through mediation.
