Easily intimidated by other lawyers. Unprepared. Unprofessional.
In my opinion, Ms. Nolan was disorganized; she easily let the opposing counsel lead on all issues and rarely objected. I thought Ms. Nolan became very anxious when opposing side made accusations, showing physical signs of distress. She also seemed anxious during mediation and I felt she was unable ...
