Hollyn June Foster

I am so grateful for Hollyn Foster. I went to Bowers and Associates, because my family had gotten help from them in 2015, when my Mom needed to admitted to a nursing home, and they provided excellent service to help set up a Qualified Income Trust. This past December (2019), I went to see Hollyn ...Foster for help with my sister-in-law's estate. Since that first meeting, and continuing now, she has provided me with advice and direction, solved problems, answered every email right away and kept me informed of the progress of the Estate. No matter what complicated matter arose, regarding the letters of administration, will, house, belongings, savings bonds, 401K, life insurance policy, unclaimed accounts, vehicle- she was able to help with it or direct me as to what my options were( Paralegal McKenzie Ford has also assisted on some of these issues). I strongly recommend Hollyn Foster's services to everyone - she is so smart, passionate, and compassionate, and knows how to get results.

I don’t think anything can be more stressful than having a legal question or problem and you’re not sure what to do about it. Stress in regard to selecting and/or hiring an attorney can be almost as bad as the stress you experience with your legal problem. Hiring the wrong attorney can add to your ...woes, your costs, and can mean possible failure of your case. I have had very negative experiences with numerous attorneys throughout the years and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. HOWEVER, I highly recommend Ms. Hollyn Foster as an attorney - I am confident in her abilities, honesty, knowledge, and she has great interpersonal skills (when you speak with her, you are speaking with a person (not just to an attorney who is talking with you because he or she needs you as one more client). Ms. Foster “gets it” when you tell your concerns, she is experienced enough to know how to handle the problem(s), and how to tell you, in plain language, what’s going on and what to expect. Your case is always at her fingertips and she is actively engaged with it. Some attorneys will put your case aside and wait until they have time to work on it. You may find yourself calling to tell them that you have not heard from them in a while and to remind them that you are still their client, and that your case has not been resolved or is not progressing satisfactorily. Ms. Foster is proactive and keeps up with the progress (or lack of progress) on your case. If something good or something negative happens, she is on the phone to explain it and to discuss it with you. My experience with Ms. Foster has been positive and my on-going guardianship case continues to be administered in a professional manner with a successful outcome.
