Attorney Stephen B. Kelly Jr

Attorney Stephen Kelly took my son’s case which involved violation of probation. My son was looking at a lengthy prison sentence, but Attorney Kelly was determined not to let this happen. He was very thorough an professional, Attorney Kelly made sure we understood the process a made him self availab...le whenever we needed to consult with him. My son didn’t receive any prison time an we thank God for Attorney Kelly an his expertise . I would highly recommend him for any legal affairs.

The Best Lawyer in the State of Florida

Stephen Kelly was a breath of fresh air for my family. He went above and beyond to save my son college career. He’s not only a great lawyer. But a great role model. Even if I wasn’t going to choose him to take my son case. He still wanted to talk to him one black man to another. He was upfront a...nd honest with what we were facing. And told us as long as we do what was asked, what the outcome will be. I can write a book on this young man. But I’m going to say I trusted Stephen Kelly with my 1st offender son life. And he was able to give his life back to him. I give him 10 stars and above! My son case was DISMISSED, DROPPED!! My baby got a fresh start, lesson learned, and his life back!!

Best attorney ever

17 years of living as a convicted felon! No one believed it but me… all hopes lost.. didn’t know what to do and where to go. My prayers were answered. Mr. Kelly was able to located one of states witnesses through a PI and forever changed the verdict! He shined some light on my case and was able to re...open the case which resulted in judge vacating my conviction and state not proceeding with new charges! Mr Kelly is a knowledgeable attorney and a great friend! Definitely recommend his services! Thank you Steve!

I hired Mr Kelly in July of 2022. I went to him discouraged and feeling lost and defeated. After one consult I instantly knew that God placed him in my path for a reason. He never gave me false hope or mislead me. What he did do was state the facts, discuss my options and suggested his path of strate...gy. He was constantly and consistently in contact with me all the while encouraging any calls or texts to ensure that I was always informed and updated. He tackled this case with dignity, diligence and determination. Going in to a situation that was potentially grim with 20+ years he never sugar coated nor waiver in his knowledge and while I give all the glory to God I know first hand that this young man is destined for greatness. He is honest, hard working and very driven. I highly recommend anyone that finds themselves in need of an attorney to trust that Mr Kelly will present all avenues of defense and fight whole heatedly. He demands and deserves all the respect he so justly due!! He is by far one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met.
