DUI case

Stephen Kelly did an amazing job with handling my case! What impressed me the most was his ability to negotiate with the judge on the spot on that last day of court. The judge was close to over turning the agreement and ready to give me greater penalties, but Stephen worked his magic! He was very in...formed on these type of cases so from our first consultation he told me everything I would need to get the best outcome. I only had to appear in court the first day and the last day so i did not have to continuously miss work which was great and He communicated very well on updates. I honestly thought this would be a long process but in 2 months we were able to come to an agreement with the state! I complied with his instructions and he was able to get me down to reckless driving a civil citation. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I am so thankful and grateful for all of his hard work.

Disestablishment of Paternity/Termination of Child Support Obligation

Steve was very professional, upfront and communicated effectively as soon as updates, breaks and information became available in the progress of the case. He was very knowledgeable, upbeat and focused. His expertise resulted in an overall win. It was a timely process that resulted in a success. On th...e day of the final hearing not only did Steve attend, Mr Rolle attended as well and defended/supported me which resulted in the termination of a Child Support Obligation I've had to pay for 6+ years and a Disestablishment of Paternity for a Child that was not mine.

Great Attorney

Our Peace of Mind

I titled my review Peace of Mind, because as anyone who has had to deal with an Second degree felony case with a 3 year mandatory can tell you, its nerve racking and the only thing that gave us some sense of sanity, was knowing Mr. Kelly and his firm, with their comprehensive knowledge, passion for w...hat he does and aggressive approach to our case, was determined to resolve our difficult case before the State Attorney's office sent me away once and for all. In addition to that, Steve never forgot that the client's sitting in front of him are real people with a familiy, and that the reprecussions of his representation could impact many innocent lives.
