Felony-charges dropped

Anytime I have legal issues Stephen is who I hire on the spot! I had a warrant in florida (I had no idea) I called Stephen he was on vacation, however he still managed to handle my situation. That’s what I love about Stephen he cares about his clients and he ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND ! Stephen is t...he best!! What I know is that he's always straight forward and tell you the good and the bad. I was looking at years in prison , however with grace and determination he was able to get my charge dropped. There is not a lawyer in Jacksonville I would trust more the Mr.Kelly. He is such an honest and empathetic person. If you are looking for a lawyer and come across Kelly, hire him! You will not regret it. Stephen has handled cases for me for over 10Years , so that tells you he is the best!
