Ethical, Knowledgeable, and Empathetic Attorney!

Joe is an excellent attorney and guided me through a very aggressive divorce with grace and victory. Despite opposing counsel and my ex-spouse being unreasonable and dishonest, Mr. Alvarez was able to represent my interests with integrity and professionalism. He is uniquely capable of being ethical a...nd professional without sacrificing aggressiveness in his handling of a case. He is an excellent communicator and always knows the details of your case. I couldn’t recommend a better lawyer.

Excellent attorney

Joe was very aggressive at the beginning taking control of my divorce and controlled the entire divorce with me coming out on top. Very professional, aggressive, and knows about pensions and divorce law.

Joe was the third lawyer I consulted with and I retained him because he immediately began action on my case with a winner’s attitude. I consider myself a moderate person and wanted fairness overall. My ex called him aggressive, but I saw him fight for my rights and was extremely pleased that he could... counter her appalling, unfair, and unrealistic advances on my divorce case. My ex even congratulated me on retaining a good lawyer because she still considered the mediation-resolved consent final judgement to be unfair to her! Joe knew exactly how to leverage the TEN undisclosed accounts she was using to hide money from equitable distribution. Joe pulled me out of a previous and unfair legal agreement and set me on the best ground to start life as a divorced parent of three. I also recognize Joe’s decision to work for Zisser Law was an excellent one because of the immediate recognition by everyone at Zisser on what should be done with my case. Joe tirelessly and professionally handled my case and I would highly recommend retaining him for your family law case.

Joe ALvarez Excellent

Zisser Law is an excellent law firm! I have consistently found that they are a firm that does not waste your time or money with any petty fighting that is not worth the hassle, stress and time away from living your life out of court. Their professionalism is top notch and on point with a focused a...nd meaningful purpose that is very effective, efficient and delivers results that serve the bigger purpose. As a client of Zisser Law I had the honor to have Jonathan Zisser and Joe Alvarez as my lawyers. Both of them have shown me on many occasions that they both handle a variety of very stressful, hateful, demoralizing and longsuffering situations with and for their clients with complete professionalism, understanding and class. All the while they consistently maintained complete composure, polite conversation and an unwavering focus that allowed them to consistently deliver a very well thought out and effective game plan time and time again. Joe Alvarez, in particular, is a very bright, well organized and astute lawyer. His effectiveness to show compassion and care about me (his client) and to consistently practice law with a high standard of professionalism class and dignity gave me much needed hope. Joe was excellent at keeping me informed on every detail which made me very confident and empowered as a client. This was critical and made the decision making process much easier for me. This efficient helpfulness in turn built in me the much needed confidence that I was making sound and wise decisions especially at times of despair when that was all that I needed and wanted. Their responsiveness to issues was top notch. I was always treated with class, respect and dignity at a time when ridiculous and false allegations were being made of me. I never for a moment felt ashamed or embarrassed with their team during a time when it would have been easy to feel that way, whether those allegations were true or not. The Zisser Law Firm’s ability to reduce my heavy burdens and maintain my dignity was a big help that was desperately needed and not forgotten. I am more than very pleased to have Joe Alvarez as my lawyer and the entire Zisser Law Firm representing me in my legal matters. I personally would consider it a mistake to leave them or for anyone else to hire any other law firm.

Couldnt have been any better

Joseph has been a savior for my divorce and dealing with my extremely difficult and unstable ex-wife. I have been through a few lawyers and was not getting the assistance I needed. That ended when I was recommended to visit the Zisser law firm as I knew that was one of the top firms in Jacksonville f...or family law. His best quality is what another lawyers struggle with... Communication. I understand that lawyers are busy but the uncertainty of knowing what is going on is important and Joseph seems to understand that. He always had the best interest of my child and is very knowledgeable about the process. Also, he is equipped with some of the best resources in the business working with the Zisser law firm. Cost is reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend Joseph Alvarez.
